Stephanie Spero


Stephanie is passionate about solving client challenges by connecting consumer needs and business needs. She has over 20 years leading accounts and media engagements, having created media disciplines for two agencies—which resulted in large scale media buying/planning AOR engagements. In doing this, Stephanie has overhauled media strategies and plans for numerous clients, outperformed historic benchmarks, and replaced established media shops for Fortune 500 companies. She has won multiple awards for her work including The Webby Awards and The Effie Awards.

Nick Bayne


Nick is a Creative Director with 20+ years of experience on diverse brands including Samsung, Verizon, Visa, AT&T, Toyota, Oreo, Budweiser, IKEA, Tylenol, Smirnoff, DirecTV, Scotts Miracle-Gro, WeWork and many more. Along the way, he has been honored with every major industry award including Cannes Lions, Clios, One Show Gold Pencil, Webbys, Facebook Blue Award, Shorty Award, and EFFYs. He has recently spent several years on the client side, giving him a complete picture of what it takes to build a brand from every angle and opportunity.

Matt Wexler


As the strategic lead, Matt knows marketing inside and out. He has almost two decades of experience building brands, creating marketing strategies and reimagining businesses. A few of his recent accomplishments include: building analytics practices from scratch, implementing customer journey optimization strategies, even spearheading the development of a digital shelf optimization platform for e-commerce products. Matt has made a lot of waves for a lot of major corporations in many different sectors. He is known for his indisputable answers, out-of-the box thinking, and strategic mind.
